Meal Plan Options

These plans give our diners control and flexibility along with the best value for the dollar. All meal plans, flex and Cougar Dollars can be used at any Chatham dining location.

Meal Plan Requirements

  • All first-year students must participate in the Chatham 21 Plan.
  • All 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year students living on Chatham Upper Campus, must select from one of the three Shadyside Upper Campus plans.

  • Non-resident (commuter) students can select from any of the meal plans and participation is completely voluntary.

Cougar Dollars: For those who want to add extra dining dollars to their cards, these are sold in blocks of $50. For every $50 in Cougar Dollars you purchase, you receive $55 to spend. Cougar Dollars roll over from term to term and year to year as long as you are a member of the Chatham community. Flex dollars are included in each meal plan and can be used at any Chatham dining facility: Anderson Dining Hall at Shadyside, Cafe Rachel, EBC at Eden Hall, and Eastside Cafe.
